Rescuers Break Window to Save Unconscious Driver From Fire

An ambulance made an unexpected stop when it drove past an emergency in progress. Officials in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, say they came across a car fire on the interstate and immediately went to check on the driver, but to get to the person inside they had to break the window with a baton. Then they were able to unlock the door and remove the victim from his seatbelt. The driver was unconscious, but rescuers were able to drag him to safety.
