'SNL' Star Michael Che Reveals His Grandmother Died From Coronavirus

“Saturday Night Live” head writer and “Weekend Update” host Michael Che revealed in an emotional Instagram post that his grandmother has passed away after contracting the coronavirus. Just four weeks ago, Che was cracking jokes about COVID-19 on the long-running late night comedy show. Also, NBC’s weekend anchorwoman Kate Snow's husband Chris is sick and in self-quarantine in the basement of their home. Lee Fierro, the actress famous for her iconic cop-slapping scene in “Jaws,” has passed away.
